Get hold of boric acid (boorsuur) powder (chemist, pharmacy, co-op,

chemical firms...) and sprinkle a thin layer (more like dust) where the

insects are found.

If you have an ant/termite problem, sweeten the boric acid up a bit, try

mixing it with syrup.

If the boric acid is in a water based solution with a little sugar, roaches

will like it more and it will kill them more effectively.

If you have fleas on carpets, sprinkle some boric acid on the carpets, use

a broom to work it in and vacuum the carpets the next day - just get rid

of the vacuum bags asap!

Also get a bit of boric acid into crevasses and hard to get spots where for

instance cockroaches and fish moths might hide.
